- Do not edit your topic template as if you are creating a newsletter – to avoid this do not use the left menu templates option. The templates area is for editing the template for your bulletins – you do not need a new template for each bulletin. If you do want to edit your template that is fine – Comms can help if needed.
- Do not use an image as the whole body of your bulletin. This is inaccessible for visually impaired users who will be using technology that reads out the content to them. Any message contained within an image needs to also have a text version in the message so that it accessible to all.
