1. Account Issues 

  • If you do not have an existing account, you can get your bespoke registration link from your training leads or business manager. 

I get a validation error when registering 

  • 💡 Remove any spaces at the end of mandatory fields. 

  • 💡 Do not include spaces in your phone number. 

  • 💡 Do not use +44 in your phone number. 

  • ✅ If you cannot see courses, you may be in the wrong workspace. Check for an invitation email (including junk folder) If you are a member of other workspaces in MeLearning, please request us to send you an invitation to our area of the site 

My email is recognised, but I can’t sign in or reset my password 

  • ✅ You may not have validated your email within 24 hours of registering. 

  • ✅ Check your inbox (and junk folder) for the activation email. 

  • ✅ If expired, email gscptraining@gloucestershire.gov.uk so we can re-send the validation email 

No courses listed under ‘Browse Course’ 

  • 💡 You may not be linked to an organisation unit. 

  • 💡 When registering, select your organisation from the dropdown. 

  • ✅ Email gscptraining@gloucestershire.gov.uk with your organisation name so we can update your profile. 

  • ✅ Please enter passwords manually. Do not copy paste. If you still cannot access the password reset, email us for manual assistance. 

Notifications go to junk folder 

  • 💡 Add form@melearning.co.uk to your safe senders list. 

  • 💡 Your ICT department can help with this. 

2. Course Booking 

I see spaces available but can’t book 

  • 💡 The course may be full or past the 7-day registration cut-off. 

  • ✅ Email with subject: 'Spaces available but cannot book a place' and we’ll investigate. 

Joining instructions 

  • 💡 Sent 7 days before the course from gscptraining@gloucestershire.gov.uk. 

  • 💡 Reminders also come from FORM LMS—add form@melearning.co.uk to safe senders. 

Unable to attend 

  • 💡 Cancel up to 7 days before the session via your account. 

  • 💡 Your organisation’s LMS manager can also cancel for you. 

  • 💡 Late cancellations = marked as non-attendance and may incur charges. 

  • ✅ Re-booking is possible after the register is marked; you’ll get an email when ready. 

Additional Course Booking Advice 

  • ✅ If the course is full, use the 'Add to Waiting List' option or email us for assistance. 

  • ✅ If you cannot see courses, you may be in the wrong workspace. Check for an invitation email (including junk folder). If you are a member of other workspaces in MeLearning, please request an invitation to our area of the site.  

3. Certificates & Records 

When will I get my certificate? 

  • 💡 Available in My Completions after attendance is recorded. 

  • 💡 Displayed as a Rosette icon – you need a PDF viewer on your device to download this. 

  • 💡 Download and save for your records—employers require a copy. 

Why isn’t my company training record updated? 

  • 💡 For ICB, GHC, NHS: monthly reports are sent to your organisation retrospectively to update Care to Learn accounts. 

  • ✅ For urgent updates, contact your training admin team with your certificate. 

Additional Certificate Advice 

  • ⚠️ Certificates appear after the trainer marks attendance. You can click the Rossette Icon to download. If delayed, it may be due to a technical error—please allow time. 

  • ⚠️ We will escalate to MeLearning support if technical issues persist. 

Common Technical Fixes 

  • 💡 Clear your browser cache and cookies. 

  • 💡 Switch to Chrome or Edge for best compatibility. 

  • ⚠️ If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of the error and course details.

To complete courses on MeLearning (form LMS), you need to ensure the following criteria are met:

💡 Disable ad-blockers/VPNs (test here: learning-content.melearning.uk/extracted/810207be-d16b-406f-b716-fb61cf62bc4e/html5/data/js/paths.js).

  • If the page loads, it will display junk code, otherwise, it will say it is ‘Blocked’ and you or your company’s ICT will need to update you content filters, accordingly 

💡 Use a PC or laptop where possible. 

💡 Recommended browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox (Safari won’t display embedded YouTube videos). 

💡 Ensure strong internet/Wi-Fi signal. 

⚠️ If issues occur, press CTRL + R to refresh. 

💡 Still stuck? Open an incognito window (CTRL + SHIFT + N) and retry.
