AA Global have introduced a new process for booking telephone interpreters.
Major changes include:
- New telephone number for booking telephone interpreters- 033 3344 1192
- The need to include the new GCC client ID code – 19346
- A new unique user pin code for each user, and
- The option to use the ‘client reference’ section to enter individual team cost codes. This has to be in a numeric format.
The final change, highlighted in bold above, is where teams will enter their individual cost code, without which bookings will not be accepted. This has to be in numeric format. As Pod codes begin with the letter ‘o’ they will not currently be accepted on this new system, Pod staff should therefore miss off the ‘o’ when booking telephone interpreters, eg 10060004, and we can then add it back on our end when the MI comes through.
