Best Practice Compendium for Gloucestershire

In Gloucestershire we are keen for those people working and supporting people with dementia to develop new innovative ways to do so.  Projects are designed specifically as part of the 'Dementia Leads Award' where new ideas are tested by those in leadership roles within their areas of practice.

Those people who complete the course to become 'Dementia Link Workers' also often develop new ways of working.

Examples of all these ideas and projects are being collated by the Gloucestershire Dementia Training and Education Strategy to provide examples to others and contact information so that all best practice can be shared and develop across the county.

Please complete the 'Best Practice Compendium' form in the related documents section on this page if you have anything to share in terms of best practice initiatives in dementia. There are details on the form of where to send it once completed. Please also see refer to the related documents section to see some examples of some of the fantastic work that is happening across Gloucestershire.
