Best Practice Compendium for Gloucestershire

In Gloucestershire we are keen for those people working and supporting people with dementia to develop new innovative ways to do so.  Projects are designed specifically as part of the 'Dementia Leads Award' where new ideas are tested by those in leadership roles within their areas of practice.

Those people who complete the course to become 'Dementia Link Workers' also often develop new ways of working.

Examples of all these ideas and projects are being collated by the Gloucestershire Dementia Training and Education Strategy to provide examples to others and contact information so that all best practice can be shared and develop across the county.
