A38/A4019 Junction Improvements at Coombe Hill

Gloucestershire County Council is proposing improvements to the A38/A4019 Junction at Coombe Hill.

Major Projects

Alongside day to day highway repairs and smaller improvements schemes, Gloucestershire County Council also works on major projects for key parts of the road network.

Works include improvements to congestion and capacity at locations of strategic and economic importance to improve journey times and enable growth.



All Gloucestershire County Council Major Projects are managed by the Major Projects Team, through the life-cycle of the project. This work includes project definition and feasibility, application for funding, preparation and submission of Business Cases, engagement, design, Council approval, procurement and construction.
