Barnwood Trust
- Barnwood Trust is a charitable foundation aimed at creating the potential in Gloucestershire for disabled people and people with mental health problems to make the most of their lives. In 2013, Barnwood Trust commissioned a study of wellbeing in Gloucestershire, designed to explore whether residents living with and without impairments enjoyed the same levels of wellbeing.
Carers Gloucestershire Hub
- Gloucestershire Carers Hub is a free service for carers to access when they need support, run under the PeoplePlus Group and commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council and NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group.
Gloucestershire County Council
- Link to Gloucestershire County Council Health and Social Care. It provides a wide range of information on service provision and advice on health and social care in Gloucestershire, covering topics such as public health, adult social care, disabilities, and unpaid carers
- Link to a report around life expectancy and healthy ageing, with an accompanying slide deck.
- Link to Domiciliary Care Rates Look Up. This tool has been developed to enable providers to identify with a postcode which cluster area, tier and Framework hourly rate are allocated to that area. Hourly rates apply for all domiciliary packages of care (for visit durations under 3 hours) awarded from 1st April 2025 under the Health and Social Care Framework. GCC reserve the right to update the split of clusters as needs within the county change.
