It is for use by local authority planners and commissioners of social care provision in England, together with providers. It is a programme designed to help explore the future impact that demography and certain conditions may have on populations aged 18 to 64.

  • The Health trends tool presents information about the health of people in England and how it has changed over time. Topics presented include risk factors, disease prevalence and outcomes. Data is presented for the whole of England and its regions.
