This tool has been developed to enable providers to identify with a postcode which cluster area, tier and Framework hourly rate are allocated to that area. Hourly rates apply for all domiciliary packages of care (for visit durations under 3 hours) awarded from 1st April 2024 under the Health and Social Care Framework.
