A data sheet and report detailing the key population changes between 2010-20 in Gloucestershire and its districts has now been published.
Key topics include: changes in population composition, change in dependency ratios, population density change and population growth since 1991.
Between 2010-20, Gloucestershire’s population grew by 7.84%, representing an increase of 46,553 people. Of Gloucestershire’s districts, Tewkesbury had the highest population growth, with an increase of 18.5% between 2010-20, and Cheltenham had the lowest with an increase of 0.99%.
