Stonehouse Library - Volunteering opportunities

Stonehouse Library is re-locating into the Town Council building on the High Street and we are looking for volunteers in order to extend the opening hours or help out with activities. We are holding a volunteering event at Stonehouse Library, Elms Road on Thursday 31st October 2019 from 10am to 11.30am

  • Quieter time - this library has a dedicated quieter time for customers on a Thursday from 2.00pm - 5.00pm. Quieter times in other libraries

Baby Bounce and Rhyme

Wednesday 10.30am - 11am (term time only)

Many of our libraries have Baby Bounce and Rhyme times for babies and toddlers.  As well as helping your child's development, it's also a great way for you to meet other parents and carers.

Monday 11:30am weekly (term time only)

  • Ramped entrance and parking
    • Post box for out of hours book returns (not suitable for large hardback books)
