Newent Library closure

Due to unforeseen circumstances this library will be closing at 4.00pm today, Thursday 14th November 2019.  Books can be renewed online at www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/libraries or via the Library App.  We apologise for any inconvenience.

From Tuesday 24th December 2019 to Thursday 2nd January 2020 the library is open as follows:

Week 1

Tuesday 24/12/19, Wednesday 25/12/19, Thursday 26/12/19 – CLOSED; Friday 27/12/19 – OPEN 2pm-5pm;  

Saturday 28/12/19 &  Sunday 29/12/19 – CLOSED

Week 2

Monday 30/12/19 – OPEN 10am-1pm; Tuesday 31/12/19 – OPEN 2pm-5pm;

Wednesday 1/1/20 – CLOSED;  Thursday 2/1/20 – OPEN 10am-5pm

Baby Bounce and Rhyme

Thursday 10.15am - 10.45am Rhyme Time, nursery rhymes and stories for babies and toddlers (all year round)

Many of our libraries have Baby Bounce and Rhyme times for babies and toddlers.  As well as helping your child's development, it's also a great way for you to meet other parents and carers.

Library Club

1st Monday of the month 10am - 11.30am (except when Bank Holiday then 2nd Monday of month)

We can provide transport to the library allowing members to choose their own books and meet others. Contact the library for more information or if you would like to volunteer.

Computer Buddy

Monday 2.00pm - 4.00pm (by appointment only) contact the library
