We are bringing ‘digital making’ to our communities. Think simple robots, Virtual Reality, 3D printing, programming as well as a range of micro computers and smaller circuit projects.
We will be hosting open drop in sessions and running workshops to fire up creative ambitions. Our Innovation labs are designed to be friendly public spaces to design and create and explore available to businesses and individuals to test ideas and products, learn new skills and to inspire creativity among young people.
Gloucestershire Libraries' first Innovation Lab is at Coleford Library in the Forest of Dean. Are you a local business or budding entrepreneur? Do you like the idea of creating and learning?
Coleford Library have a range of equipment including micro computing kits, 3D printers, scanners and software, Virtual Reality and a digital sewing machine.
This is our pilot lab and we are keen to talk to you about how the service evolves.

The equipment will be available through hire and membership, alongside a range of free sessions.
