Our experienced staff will research the information you need, free of charge and get the results directly to you by your preferred means: email, phone, letter or by referral through a branch library. Our aim is to respond to you within three to five working days.
Please note, if you have a query about your library account, need help with reading group sets or library books you will need to contact your local library who will be able to advise you further. You can find the contact details for your local library here.
