Collection Services:

• Off the Shelf – “We select You collect”
  Complete an online form stating the type of books or other items that you would like. Staff will then select on your behalf, from the stock held within the library you choose to collect from, and will email you asking you to choose a time slot for collection. This email will include the URL for the booking form.
• Reserve & Collect
  Search the catalogue, find items and reserve them. When the item(s) arrive at your selected library, you will receive an email asking you to select a time slot for collection. The email will include the URL for the booking form.

Having trouble booking your collection slot? Please only use the booking form found below if you have received notification that your items are available. The Booking form is found at:

If you are unable to make your requests online, there is a Ring & Read option so if you are aware of a library member without internet access please let them know they can telephone their request by contacting one of the sites listed below
