Frequency and agenda

C Meeting frequency will be between 2 and 3 monthly and will be reviewed regularly to ensure that the forward look schedule of meetings suits the needs of the group and workplan.

Meeting dates and agenda will be set by the Chair with support from the County Wide Climate Change Coordinator. Participants will be given opportunity to feed into and shape the agenda. 

Meetings will only progress with representation from all partners, and a minimum of either the nominated Chair or Vice Chair and 4 of 7 elected members and 3 of 5 strategic partners present.
