Meetings will be held virtually to avoid travel emissions unless reasons for a face to face meeting are presented to and accepted by the Chair. The annual forward look will seek where possible to identify opportunity for a least one face to face meeting per year, likely in line with an annual review of progress and in advance of a report to Leadership Gloucestershire.
