(case study 1)

The scheme was agreed following a feasibility study of the site for the installation of a heat source pump and the ancillary equipment to maximise renewable energy. Specialist installers and a heritage impact assessment will be commissioned to ensure that the impact of the scheme is minimal within the local landscape whilst maximizing the ability to add additional panels to the system.

The project is due to be completed by December 2021.

Working with a specialist design consultant and developing a phased program over 12 weeks with all our service partners will enable the delivery of the project. Along with a pragmatic approach around decanting services and utilising existing systems and early commissioning of units as soon as they are installed will ensure the building can remain operational during the winter.
