What is the Proud to Care Mentoring Scheme?
Proud to Care Gloucestershire has a leadership and management development pathway for aspiring and existing leaders in adult social care. A key component of this pathway is the offer of coaching and mentoring opportunities to support practice change at individual, organisational and sector levels.
Coaching and mentoring is widely adopted as a powerful method of supporting people in their personal and professional development. Where coaching and mentoring is successful, it can contribute to organisational development and ultimately lead to improved and more efficient or innovative service delivery for those receiving help and support.
We currently have 8 fantastic fully trained coaches/mentors who can offer a wealth of knowledge due to their range experience of the sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to obtain objective support to help improve your own leadership practices and implement change within your organisation.
This scheme is a FREE service being offered through the Proud to Care team and is an opportunity not to be missed!

How to access coaching and mentoring support
If you are interested in receiving coaching and mentoring support to help improve your managerial skills please email: email@example.com quoting 'PTC Coaching and Mentoring Request' in the subject heading.
Our dedicated coaching and mentoring co-ordinator will be able to answer any questions you may have and supply details of the coaches and mentors they feel are most relevant. You will then be able to select your chosen coach/mentor and liaise with them directly.
