We recommend that you give the new highway arrangements and Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders a period of 6 to 8 weeks from commencement before making a formal representation with your views. This 6 to 8 week period will allow traffic patterns to normalise and allow a fair assessment of the effects of the new arrangements.
