Roadworks

The roadwork.org map is hosted externally to Gloucestershire County Council.  The map is updated frequently to show planned works across the county by Gloucestershire Highways, partner agencies, contractors and Utility companies (water, gas, electric, telecommunications & fibre optic).

  1. Search: Search for a location in this box below:

Suggested areas will drop down, select the location to see works in that area.  You may have to zoom out a little to see the roadworks map symbol for the works in that area.

  2. Zoom: To zoom in and out:
    a. Use the + and – buttons on the map
    b. Computer: Press ‘Control’ then use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
    c. Smart device: pinch the screen with two fingers to zoom in and out
  3. Dates: To select a time period please click one of these symbols  just above the search location box. The symbol on the right is the calendar symbol for dates.  NB: the website does need time to update when you change the dates.
  4. Roadworks Information: Once you have located the area, select a symbol   to read details of the roadworks including dates and traffic management being used.
  5. Map Key on the left hand side: Map Layers, Email alerts, Information and help.
