The HR Advice Line is available by telephone and email between 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. We will respond to all enquiries within two working days.

Our advice service is consistent with best practice and legislation. The advice we offer is in line with our Employment Handbook, where you can find model policies, guidance documents, and template letters.
