Occupational Health
Occupational Health offer health assessments, health screening, health and well-being advice, ill health retirement advice, rehabilitation advice and advise managers on health related performance or attendance issues.
The two main reasons of absence and occupational ill-health are stress and musculo-skeletal problems. We can help you access physiotherapy advice.
What to do if you have concerns?
A healthy dialogue between managers and their employees may result in concerns being addressed and resolved locally without the need to make a referral to Occupational Health.
Discussing your reasons for referring to Occupational Health with an OH adviser can help you to determine whether a referral is advised and how to proceed.
The Occupational Health Advice Line 01452 425073 (option 2) is available to Managers, Head Teachers and Business Managers of all schools and children's centres purchasing Occupational Health traded services.
