Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is part of a current Occupational Health Subscription.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - staff counselling and advice
Free, 24/7, confidential service that provides support and guidance with any personal or professional problems that may affect your overall health and wellbeing.
Counselling is now accessed, for no additional cost, by the individual directly via our EAP. You can take this step when you feel ready to engage with support and professional help, and also when you are in an environment you feel comfortable in. Counsellors can now be matched via lived experience, so if there isn't support locally, by opting for online sessions, this is one way that you can build connection more quickly and enhance the overall benefits of counselling.
