Project and RE Boxes for Spring Term 2019

We are asking all schools if you can please send in your Spring term 2019 Project and RE requests as soon as possible.

Project Box and Resource Loans

LSE holds a range of resources which are designed to help teachers and school librarian to make reading and learning fun for children.

We offer the following to support your teaching and your pupil’s learning:

  • Fiction and non-fiction books
  • Reading sets
  • A range of other formats including: DVD’s, audio books, photo packs and a small collection of artefacts and puppets

Project Boxes

A project box contains 20-25 items selected to meet your requirements - you specify the subject, age group and ability, along with any specific topics you want to cover and our experienced staff will select the resources for you.

Project boxes are loaned on a 'pay as you go basis'.

Boxes can be requested via our online form and should be purchased through the
Traded Services website: GCCPlus

Reading Sets

Choose banded Reading Sets of up to 8 books, from a range of brilliant children’s authors. Copies of our Guided Reading Set catalogues can be downloaded from links to the right.

Class Reading Sets are available with up to 15 copies in each set.

Reading Sets are loaned on 'pay as you go basis' at a cost of £15 per set per term (Autumn, Spring or Summer) and should be purchased through the
Traded Services website: GCCPlus

Book Corner Exchange

The new LSE Book Corner Exchange is suitable for Foundation Stage / KS1 and KS2.

Whether you want to borrow 25 books or 325 books, we can provide you with a wonderful selection of modern and classic fiction to suit a range of abilities based on your own schools need.

Cost per year:

  • 25 books – £50
  • 180 books – £360
  • 240 Books – £480
