GLOUCESTERSHIRE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT (GLOSSI) 

GLOSSI is the trading name of Gloucestershire County Council’s school improvement service, working for all maintained schools and academies in the local authority. 

SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT OFFER  

GLOSSI offers bespoke support that responds directly to your school improvement needs, recognising the importance of maintaining appropriate ongoing school improvement support, year on year, regardless of where you are in your Ofsted cycle.   

You will have an allocated school improvement adviser, who can use their in-depth knowledge of your school to provide challenge and support. Our strength is our ability to respond to your specific priorities by drawing upon expertise in the wider team.  Depending on the level of your GLOSSI membership, you have the flexibility to customise the components of your package from a menu of options.  We can also build a bespoke model for groups of schools working in partnerships of five schools or more. 

It is important to us that you receive a high-quality offer at a reasonable price. Our aim is not to make a profit but to cover our costs and invest any surplus into school improvement activity for the benefit of our members. By using our services, you know that you are investing in the children of Gloucestershire.
