Coaching for leaders and classroom teachers
An experienced coach (750hrs coaching, 200hrs lesson observations), David offers cost effective CPD with sustainable outcomes. Coaching includes:
- Working with individuals to improve quality of teaching
- Supporting new and experienced subject leaders
- Supporting NQTs and new staff

David trains teachers to coach and has run effective CPD in different schools and settings.
He has a postgraduate qualification in coaching and mentoring.
Departmental Reviews
David conducts core and non-core subject reviews. He has relevant recent Ofsted training in inspection skills and self-evaluation.
CPD Teaching and Learning
David runs CPD on a range of whole school teaching and learning issues, with particular expertise in AfL, BfL, differentiation, thinking skills, questioning, challenge and demonstrating progress.
Advisory work for MFL
A former Subject Leader and AST, and now Consultant, David continues to be passionately informed about Languages teaching and offers a range of support for both teachers and subject leaders in both primary and secondary.
