I have been a SBM for the past 7 years in Gloucestershire. Prior to this I worked in management positions within the banking and Higher Education sectors for 21 years. My experiences of administration, relationship development, finance, premises and facilities management within the primary and HE education sector are my strengths in supporting other schools.  This includes health & safety, risk management, budget planning, HR and premises development. Having worked in small, large, old and new educational premises I have a knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by the School Business Management from staff management to pest control!
