I have a substantial combination of teaching, leadership and management experience having worked across a number of Local Authorities as headteacher, adviser and senior LA manager.
I am Ofsted trained and undertake regular inspection work across the South West.
I am currently a School Improvement Adviser for South Gloucestershire as well as undertaking bespoke work from a variety of settings.
I undertake regular training and development through both inspection work and the South Gloucestershire training and development programme.
I retain my interest in formative assessment and the work of Shirley Clarke and attend regular updates of the learning teams across the country.
