-Developing and encouraging positive attitudes towards foreign language learning and speakers of foreign languages

-Creating and developing a whole school approach to the International Dimension
-Creating and developing International and Primary Student Ambassadors
-Supporting newly appointed or aspiring middle leaders
-Extensive experience of OFSTED lesson observation criteria
Currently
Working with schools within the University of Gloucestershire's 'Stepping Up' Programme. Working on a whole school approach to Pupil Premium spending focussing on KS4 students, analysing data to ensure needs are met and progress is in line with their peers.
