Rachel has formerly been a Head of MFL for over twenty years in two comprehensives and one grammar school in Gloucestershire.

She is currently Training Manager and Induction tutor at Crypt, a role she has developed over the past five years whilst still teaching French at all three key stages. She has had significant impact in preparing new staff for the challenges they face when starting their teaching career.

Formerly Rachel has been involved with county training for primary MFL as well as teaching it herself in four schools in the Stroud area.

Currently Rachel co-ordinates some joint training sessions for the Gloucester city schools' trainees who are working with GITEP and the University of Gloucestershire. New Training Manager and mentor support is also offered.
