This seminar will demonstrate how functionality in Course Manager supports the collection, maintenance & reporting of Post-16 data.
This 2 hour seminar covers new functionality the Course Manager area of SIMS and includes procedures for supporting the maintenance of Post-16 Learning Aims.
NB. This Seminar is not open to Non-Supported Schools/Academies

- Provide an overview of how Course Manager functionality in SIMS links areas such as Nova-T6, Academic Management and Exams Organiser, including procedures for supporting the maintenance of Post-16 Learning Aims in Autumn 2015
What will I learn?
By the end of the seminar, you will:
- Gain an understanding of the links between Nova-T6 and Course Manager.
- Appreciate how Course Manager impacts on the rest of the SIMS system.
- Appreciate the importance of accurate learning aims and how this impacts on funding for the Sixth Form.
- Appreciate the links between academic management and the importance of using the update course memberships routine.
