Search for a school on Edubase (the national database)

We do not publish school contact details as they are available on the national database, Edubase.

Tips for searching for a school on Edubase:

• The default radius is set to 1 mile; you may wish to increase this to get more results to show. 
• "Advanced search" is on the left of the results page.
• When you get to a school details page the "Communications" tab has the school contact details and a link to the website.

Update your school details on Edubase

Schools can maintain their own establishment details on the GIAS (Edubase) portal.

You can ensure that your establishment headteacher details, the email and postal addresses will be fully up to date at all times. This is beneficial for your establishment, as these details are used by Ofsted, School Profile and the various Department for Education systems.
