EU Exit Preparations

Asset Valuation Inspection Programme

Asset Management & Property Services (AMPS) have employed Sam Hoida to undertake this years school estate valuations for inclusion in the county council’s accounts.

 

As part of his instruction Sam will need to inspect all non academy school sites including diocese schools, special schools and alternative provision schools in the county.

 

GCC are statutorily obliged to complete the valuations by the end of March 2020 and as a consequence Sam will be starting his visits in Cotswold District next week, followed by Forest of Dean, Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury over the coming weeks  until February / March 2020.

 

Please could you make your staff aware of this programme of work and for them to expect a call and visit from Sam over the coming weeks.

 

Sam will be making appointments prior to arriving on site and may require someone to escort him around the site – he will be wearing GCC ID.
