Autism Survey for Schools, Supporting the Development of the new local Autism Strategy
Gloucestershire is developing a new Autism Strategy. It is recognised that education settings are an important element of supporting autistic children and young people in our county and so we would like to gather feedback to inform the development of the Strategy.
Gloucestershire County Council and NHS Gloucestershire have developed a survey to gather feedback from education settings on what autism support currently looks like and if there are gaps, how these could be improved. This survey has been designed to ensure that the voice of our education settings in captured in our local Autism Strategy. Your response to the survey will not only help to finalise the content of the new strategy but also support designing its implementation plan- helping to outline what education settings need to achieve the aspirations that have been set out within the strategy.
If you have specific feedback on what is written within the current draft autism strategy below, please send this directly to Leah Baker leah.baker2@gloucestershire.gov.uk or add it into the final question of the survey (for additional comments).
