Castle Water Payments

To enable Castle Water to allocate payments ensure you use the account number as reference going forward.

The Castle Water account number (starting TW) should be used as reference when making a payment rather than the invoice number.

This is to help them allocate the payments we make to them more efficiently since they had a software upgrade in early 2019.

If you have multiple accounts with them ensure you use the correct corresponding account number.
