Colouring and naming competion for primary schools

Gloucestershire County Council is inviting all primary school children to enter a competition to help name our county’s new road gritters.

The closing date for the competition is 24 November.

All they need to do is complete an entry form by colouring in a picture of a gritter and giving it a name.

Please go to What will you call our new gritters to download the entry form and return to GCCHighways@amey.co.uk or post to Customer Contact Centre, Amey Highways Gloucestershire, 5th Floor, Block 5, Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TH

If posting, please make sure a return address is included.

Winning schools will receive a prize and a visit from the Amey winter crews with their gritter proudly displaying its new name.
