Early Years Foundation Stage Profile Moderation Arrangements 2018

 

Moderation Workshops - These sessions are free of charge and will run during March 2018 in various venues around the county. Further details including how to book onto these workshops are on p9 of the Early Years Training Directory

The session will include an update on all national messages relating to Reception assessment and GCC recommend attendance by all schools.

The Standards and Testing agency  recommend - “Schools should consider sending staff to EYFSP training if they are not receiving a moderation visit in 2018”

 

Cluster Moderation - As in previous years schools are required to organise cluster moderation meetings and inform the LA when, where and with whom these will take place. Cluster notification paperwork is on the Early Years web pages.  All schools must notify the Early Years Team by 23rd February 2018 of their cluster moderation arrangements.
