How to apply for a timetable variation

The Standards and Testing Agency (STA) has updated its guidance for teachers and headteachers about access arrangements for pupils to participate in the 2017 KS1 and KS2 national curriculum tests:

  • The STA has updated information for the 2016/17 test cycle about how schools can reschedule the KS2 tests. This includes:

  • varying the start time of a test on the scheduled day;
  • moving a test by up to five school days
