Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)/Community Social Worker Duty line

Published
19.05.2021

In September 2020 a dedicated community social work support line was established in the period prior to a return to the school environment for all children and young people in the context of COVID-19. This was established in order to provide an additional layer of support to partners, in particular schools when planning for children.

As we progress our roadmap from crisis response to a recovery position we have brought the support back into the MASH structure and pathway. As such, the support in the form of advice and guidance when planning for children will continue to be accessible to all partners by contacting the MASH on 01452 426565.

All telephone contacts will be responded to by staff within the MASH and signposted for an appropriate response.
