Online Safety Live Free Event

Online Safety Live is a programme of free online safety events designed exclusively for professionals working with, or for, children and young people. We bring you all the very latest in online safety, including the latest issues, trends, research, resources and advice. This event is on Monday 11th February from 16:00 – 18:00, at Lakefield C of E Primary School, Lake Lane, Frampton-on-Severn, Gloucester, GL2 7HG

We have been delivering this programme up and down the country for the past 5 years and spoken to over 15,000 professionals working with children and young people in over 350 events, and all delegates receive exclusive access to an online resources area following the session. We are also running another add-on event until 18:30, tackling the problem of online hate speech by promoting mutual awareness, tolerance, and respect. This European Union-funded project is based upon a Social and Emotional Learning approach to empower young people to become agents of change, helps them to better understand the phenomenon of online hate, and provides them with tools and strategies to act and make a difference. We will provide an overview of the project and provide delegates with exclusive early access to the toolkit.
