Pride of the Cotswold Awards - 2019

Published
23.05.2019

The Stroud News & Journal are seeking nominations for their Pride of the Cotswolds Awards.

The awards are all about celebrating those people who make a difference to their community, and few people or places make such a positive contribution as teachers and the schools in which they work.  There are a number of teachers at schools who are worthy of praise, so please take the time to nominate them for the Teacher of the Year award so that their positive story can be shared with readers and they can receive the public recognition they deserve.

Similarly, if you believe that your school deserves to be highlighted for its excellence, please nominate it for the School of the Year award.

There are also awards for Child of the Year and the Spirit of Youth, for those children and young people who make a positive difference in their community, whether through fundraising for a good cause, bravely battling a condition, or just being a great role model to their peers. If you know a deserving child or young person who would be boosted by being nominated and featured, and potentially winning the award, please do take the time to nominate them.

You can submit nominations by visiting https://www.stroudnewsandjournal.co.uk/awards/prideofcotswolds/
