Lord Agnew (Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the School System) issued a letter to Directors of Children’s Services requesting that it is shared with state schools. Read the ‘Guidance for schools on leaving the EU’ letter online.

Single Central Record – Drop In

As part of Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children Board’s ongoing commitment to Gloucestershire Schools through traded services, we are pleased to announce new dates for the drop in sessions for the Single Central Record.

Below is a list of dates, times and venues of where we will be:

Wednesday 30th January 2019 – 8.45am to 12noon – Shire Hall, Gloucester

Monday 4th February 2019 – 9.30am to 12.30pm – Alderman Knight Special School

Thursday 7th February 2019 - 9.30am to 12.30pm – St. White’s, Cinderford (NB entrance via Sneyd Wood Road)

Monday 11th February 2019 - 9.30am to 12.30pm – St. Matthew’s School, Stroud

Monday 25th February 2019 – 9.30am to 12.30pm – St. Mary’s Infant School, Prestbury

Wednesday 27th February 2019 – 9.30am to 12.30pm – Blockley Primary School

If you wish to attend please contact Georgina Summers on 01452 426221 or by email georgina.summers@gloucestershire.gov.uk to book your slot.

There is no charge for attending these sessions as long as your school has bought into traded services for safeguarding.  If your school does not buy into traded services you can of course still attend but there will be a charge of £30
