Time to Read

Published
13.06.2019

Time To Read is a campaign delivering free books to reception aged children across England during the autumn term.

Each pupil will receive:

  • special gift envelope containing a storybook
  • parent/ carer information leaflet.

This year's Time To Read book is The Cave by Rob Hodgson. This colourful and quirky picture book tells a story of a hungry and persistent wolf and a shy little creature.

Packs will be delivered direct to your school.

Research shows that a child who reads for pleasure will do better at school, even in subjects like maths. Not only that, but if a family read books together, it's a great way to bond, talk about the day, and have a lot of fun!
