TREND Heating System – IMPORTANT reminder regarding heating settings ACTION REQUIRED
Now winter is on its way and temperatures are decreasing, it is essential that you check all of your heating settings are up to date. This includes diary and temperature settings for the school term time as well as planning ahead for the Christmas Holidays/return to school in January 2018.
TREND calendars (Diary Section) can be set up well in advance of planned holidays and we would encourage you to use this feature.
We have received enquiries recently regarding how to access and use the TREND heating system to review and amend settings.
You can log into your TREND system by “copying and pasting” the below http address link into your Internet address bar (not search engine).

If you cannot connect to TREND and have recently changed your Internet provider, you need to ensure that your router is still connected to your TREND system by “Ethernet” cable. Please check all cables are securely connected.
