Download the Unofficial Funds Checker below and enter your schools 3 digit LA number to identify which years unofficial funds are outstanding for the school. All years with "N" showing and highlighted blue are outstanding and overdue, please contact us if you have any queries. (When opening this spreadsheet click no when it asks if you would like to update workbook)
The form should be completed and returned electronically via perspective lite. When submitting the files please ensure that you tag the files "FN12"
