Telecare are continuing to provide a service, including the installation and maintenance of equipment. We are accepting all referrals, and once we have checked them for their eligibility, we are dealing with them in order of urgency

NEW referrals to Telecare New referrals from members of the public, community groups or anyone with concerns about a neighbour should be made through the Adult Help desk - 01452 42 6868 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) or by using the online form. (This link takes you to the Adult Help Desk request form)
Assessments We aim to complete all assessments over the telephone in order to reduce risk. If we need to undertake a face to face assessment our assessors will be following NHS guidance and will be wearing full personal protective equipment.
Installation Some of our equipment can be set up by you or your family. If this is the case then we will arrange to deliver the equipment and set-up instructions to your door and then the Engineer will be on hand over the phone should you have any issues setting it up. If equipment needs to be set up by an Engineer at your home, they will be following NHS guidance and will be wearing personal protective equipment. Where possible, you will also be asked to wait in another room whilst the equipment is installed.
