You must take a suitable proof of age and address with you to apply in person.

Libraries can assist with the renewal of Age Related Bus Passes, replacement of lost or stolen bus passes (for both Disability and Age Related).  Unfortunately at the present time, Libraries cannot arrange new Age Related or new Disability Bus passes due to ICT issues.  For assistance with new applications:
