For Term 3 (16th April 2018 - 25th July 2018) we will be using paper PEPS whilst we explore our PEP platform options. Therefore we will NOT be using our ePEP. We have created some interim PEP documents which can be found via the link below, as well as some additional documentation.

World Book Day 2017

The Virtual School (and friends) got involved in World Book Day 2017 by tweeting selfie's of themselves with their favourite books and for those camera shy, we tweeted a picture of the book.

It was a really nice way of supporting the day and highlighting the importance of reading and books and what impact this can have on children and young people.

Daniel Gillingham, Wider Outcomes Lead said

"What an amazing day to celebrate! Reading is such a powerful tool and can allow you to dive into many worlds and take your imagination to some fascinating places. We know it is a powerful tool in education and many of our children in care have a huge love and connection for reading! It was so nice seeing many of our schools celebrating and we loved seeing the many costumes and characters you dressed up in!"

We provide a variety of reading schemes and initiatives, why not take a look at what interventions we have on our Reading Interventions page.
