Our Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme is designed to support Newly Qualified Social Workers in their first year of practice, providing a structured, well-supported transition from university into a rewarding career in children’s social care. With a comprehensive training offer, reduced caseloads and strong peer and professional support, you’ll develop the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to thrive.
