There is a new EYFS Section 3  Assurance Declaration 2025 available for completion for all providers working in early years. Please sign up or log on to the online portal to complete. 

This working document has 36 questions and is not expected to be completed in one go. 

Completion of the Assurance Declaration will ensure you are meeting all legal requirements in section 3 of the EYFS statutory framework 2025.  You can also visit their website to complete your EYFS Safeguarding Declaration Process.
